Job Responsibilities

• Lay-out, fabricate, assemble, install, and maintain mechanical piping systems which include industrial processing systems, and high pressure piping systems according to the working drawings.
• Cut and bevel pipe using oxy-fuel cutting torches, mechanical beveller’s or a combination of power and hand tools
• Must be proficient in making rolling offsets, fish mouths, laterals and consistently fabricating pipe to the correct dimension.
• Measure, fabricate, and fit up butt-weld, socket weld, “V” grove pipe, valves, hangers, and threaded piping systems.
• Operate threading machine equipment.
• Ability to use rigging to move and get pipe in place.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience fitting a variety of pipe in an industrial environment.
• Proficient in the use of cutting torches, plasma arc, cutting machines and rigid power threading equipment.
• Able to read isometric drawings of piping systems and draw ISO’s of field run piping and fabricate from these drawings.
• Prior rigging experience is a plus.
• NCCER certification is a plus.
• State licensing may be required depending upon state.

Selected participants will begin their employment on the job site��within the trade of pipefitting. Participants of the pipefitter apprenticeship will learn cutting, prepping, and fitting industrial piping systems. Their focus will be on learning to work as a team, safe work practices, and developing the fundamental skills needed to assist with a specific trade.

In addition to the items above, all participants will learn how to take basic measurements, the proper use of hand and power tools, and equipment operation (aerial, scissor, and forklift).

The wage range for this position is $18 to $22 per hour. Compensation will be determined based on knowledge and experience. Based on performance, these new team members will have the opportunity to receive periodic wage increases and endorsements into Cianbro's development programs, team members will continue to earn a paycheck while they learn and progress towards achieving journey-level proficiency and journey-level wages.

Job Responsibilities:

• Weld pipe with consistent quality and safe work practices by understanding and following layouts, blueprints, and work orders.
• Identify different types and preparation of materials used in pipe welding.
• Able to walk the cup.
• Understand proper care in handling materials.

The Administrative Project Analyst will be the first point of contact in the office, responsible for organizing and maintaining administrative tasks.�� This individual will gather, analyze and organize project data and supports the project team. In more detail, a project analyst will conduct budget tracking, financial forecasting, document organization and general project team support.

This position will safely lead the daily activites in the planning and supervision of electrical and mechanical work consistent with the project goals and the expected standards established by Cianbro.

Job Responsibilities

• Observe and practice all corporate safety policies and procedures.
• Interprets electrical construction blueprints and Elementary Drawings.
• Install substation structures and equipment such as (but not limited to) transformers, switchgear, CCVT, reactors, capacitors, batteries, circuit breakers, Gang operated switches, and apparatus vital to the operation of a substation.
• Install basic electrical below and above grade raceways and wiring.
• Installation of equipment related to metering, communication systems, and relaying systems which include electro-mechanical and solid-state electronic types where applicable.
• Experience with up to 34kv stress cone terminations.
• Experience with Rigging operations.
• Operate vehicles and equipment necessary to perform the job such as Personal lift, Skid Steer, and Reach Truck.
• Recognize and control the hazards involved in working in a substation.
• Must have the majority of the skills and experience listed above.

Qualifications/ Requirements

• Must have 3+ years of experience working on substations.
• Preferred OSHA 1910.269 Certified.
• Knowledge of technical practices in order to plan, layout, and complete maintenance or repair needed for high voltage equipment.
• Skilled in using and maintaining electrical tools and test equipment such as rotation meters, digital test equipment, amp meters, voltmeters, meggers.
• Knowledge of Substation grounding to create an equipotential work zone.
• Skilled in installing protection grounds.
• Must have related experience in a high voltage environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on light and heavy-duty trucks, including but not limited to oil changes, tire rotations, brake services, and inspections.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to ensure vehicles meet safety and operational standards.
• Document all work performed, including inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and parts used, in a timely and accurate manner.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Experience & Certifications:

  • ASE Certification(s) or equivalent is highly desirable.
